How it works


	1. Submit: Complete our customer info form (needed to set up your account with ODM) and Submission Form. Once complete email to customer service. 2. Prepare: Prepare your “print ready files”. For more info download our submission kit (which contains key information on the specifics needed in preparing your flies to be “print ready”) 3. Send: Upload files to our FTP site. Questions on files email our technicians
	4. Confirm: ODM Technicians will confirm that your file(s) are "print ready" 5. Print: Your first proof is printed in our print shop and shipped to you for review. New manuals: Proofs for new manuals may take up to 15 business days. Revisions: Proofs for revised manuals may take up to 10 business days.
	6. Activate: Fax in sign off form (sent with proof). Manual(s) will be activated in our online bookstore and database. Link is set-up on your website for your manual(s). Password protected sites are also available.
